- Meet contractual conditions of performance, reviewing the work progress on day-to-day activities.
- Coordinate with EPC to ensure the timely mobilization of resources as per mobilization plan.
- Assign appropriate Construction resources to Project Delivery at 48'' Rich and
- Lean Gas Segregation project (Upstream, GasNetwork & Pipelines) projects and monitor performance to ensure all Project Construction deliverables are accomplished.
- Meet contractual conditions of performance, reviewing the work progress on day-to-day activities.
- Monitor and report to Team Lead Construction of construction details, including progress, risks, and opportunities in a timely manner.
- Review man hours and duration forecast to completion. Monitor construction productivity and schedule performance. Plan ahead to prevent problems.
- Ensure the overall strategy for the Project Delivery function is cascaded down and translated into operating plans and set measurable (financial and other) targets for the Construction department.
- Review and approve the construction program and ensure that detailed construction schedules are prepared on time for erection activities.
- Oversee and direct construction projects and activities to ensure construction is completed in accordance with the relevant project design drawings, specs, and standards in line with the set targets for cost, schedule, and compliance with HSSE standards and expectations of the Asset Owner are met to their satisfaction.
- Oversee and direct contractors to ensure their service delivery is according to agreed specs, quality, timeline and costs, and contractual obligations are met.
- Workforce and equipment to projects per the project progress needs and priorities.
- To ensure the prerequisites are on place to commence the activities as planned.
- Monitoring daily progress in line with construction schedule.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress report to the management.
- Conduct daily site visit and interact with site team to understand the hindrance to work.
- Intervene to site issues and take appropriate action to the way forward of activities.
- Report concerns to company site representative.
- Coordinate with inspectors and give support to get the inspection clearance on time.
- Review of material submittals from EPC and give feed back to the approval authority.
- Monitor the efficiency of equipment that deployed in critical activities and give recommendations to addition/appropriate deployment to get the work done on time.
- Periodical assessment about shortage of resources and report to EPC for their actions.
- Liaise in-between HSE advisors and EPC to make sure the construction activities are carrying out in line with HSE compliance.
- Shall have atleast 15year of experience in pipeline, piping. Shall have past experience in performing HOT Tapping,

Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering
