Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Create value addition for the cardholders through rewards, cash back programs and spend campaigns
• Tie ups with merchants for installment plans to increase spend and ENR
• Driving card usage and loyalty by spend stimulation and retention activities
• Responsible for development and implementation of annual marketing plans & customer communication
• Launch and manage Cards discount & branding campaign with prestigious alliance partners
• Solely responsible for Channel Management programs aimed to cross sell products & attract potential customers
• Regularly monitor competitors marketing & pricing strategies and take counter measures
• Coordination with the marketing dept and advertising agency for campaign development
• Conduct training sessions for sales, call center and branch staff

Requirements

• MBA in Marketing
• Min 5 years corporate sales or alliances experience
• Indian or Pakistani National
