The Total Process Reliability (TPR) Supervisor will be accountable for managing and directing a team of multi discipline engineers in the lifecycle management of Mukhaizna equipment assets to include: fired equipment, Pumps, Motors, turbines, piping, vessels, instrumentation, electrical power and control, water processing, oil production and dehydration systems. The objective is to optimize equipment capacities, reliability, efficiencies and longevity to provide Operational target assurance while ensuring economic efficiencies.

The TPR Supervisor will have the overall responsibility for full development and implementation of programs including; equipment operating History, equipment capacity and performance management; Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Condition Monitoring (CM); Predictive maintenance (PM) Programs, identification of critical equipment’s; Bad Actors identification and resolution, Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), lube oil analysis, vibration monitoring, process monitoring and other applicable. Additionally; responsibility for related corporate compliance and the development and maintenance of procedures and guidelines governing these programs.

The TRP Supervisor will ensure that the Team interacts closely with Operations and Maintenance groups providing technical support and direction, lessons learned, development and implementation of maintenance plans while optimizing frequency and level of inspection and preventative maintenance (multi discipline). Shall initiate and assign studies of equipment and processes as applicable providing technical evaluations and reporting recommendations for improvements, identifying standardization opportunities, warehouse stocking requirements, Economic evaluation, cost benefit analysis, gap analysis, RCFA, tap root, material balances, process constraints etc. In some cases development of technical specifications for equipment purchases and upgrades. The TPR Supervisor will also be responsible for the development of “Scope of work” (SOW) for third party services, develop tender strategies, interact with Sub Contracts/Procurement, and maintain established contracts, direct third party vendors and services and budgeting forecasts.

The TPR Supervisor will have the ultimate responsibility for team member work assignments, driving for results and schedule compliance, review and editing of technical documents, development of staff members, maintaining personnel development plans, evaluation of personnel performance, team compliance with safety programs, identifying training needs, approvals and coordination of leaves and other HR related activities.

The TPR Supervisor will have experience with the maintenance CMMS platform “Maximo”, surveillance platforms such as Lowis, OSI PI, and predictive software platforms such as Monte Carlo.

Total Process Reliability Engineer responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Manage staff work assignments, employee development performance evaluation and HR interface.
• Identify, develop, and implement condition monitoring and predictive maintenance programs.
• Assign, lead and review Root Cause Failure Analyses (RCFA) for Equipment Failures.
• Manage vibration analyses and other predictive programs, review and interpret such analyses.
• Initiate Studies, generate reporting, and provide findings and recommendation.
• Expert with Maximo software in PM, CM, RCFA and Condition Monitoring functions.
• Direct & Assist in establishing all Equipment PM Plans, optimizing frequencies and uploading to CMMS.
• Direct & Assist in Coordinating Critical and Consumable Inventory Levels; forecasting consumption.
• Provide Feedback & training to other Teams on Equipment findings, lessons learned, optimization opportunities, and results of various studies new operating strategies.
• Develop optimum operating strategies for equipment utilization.
• Track work order activity to Optimize the Ratio of PM’s to CM’s.
• Manage and forecast fiscal budgets.
• Develop and maintain contracts for 3rd party services.
• Develop Team performance KPI’s and drive for continual improvement and optimization.

Requirements

Requirements (education, background, experience, skills)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferably in Mechanical or Reliability Engineering.
• Minimum of 12 years’ experience in oilfield engineering & operations including RCFA (Root Cause Failure Analyses), Predictive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) job procedures with 5 years supervisory experience in TPR related field.
• Minimum of 8 years participation in the surveillance, engineering, maintenance and operation of electrical and mechanical oil field equipment & processes is preferred.
• Experience in a thermal development ( steam flood) project
• Proficient in Technical writing and report generation.
• Extensive familiarity and use of applicable modules for Maximo CMMS.
• Ability to specify and manage inventory levels of critical spares & other consumable items.
• Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good PC skills.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative Risk Analysis; life cycle cost management; availability & maintainability (RAM) applications; Statistical Reliability data analysis; reliability centered maintenance (RCM).
• Experience with Fault tree analysis
• Capable of performing cost benefit analysis.
