Water Treatment Plant Supervisor

• Optimize permanently the production tools and the general tools required to achieve plant performance target
• Formulate department goals, strategies, and operating policies and procedures, and direct implementation of approved changes
• Comply with contractual requirements and legal matters
• Implement technical study to optimize the operation of the Ibri plant
• Support in new process implementation
• Devising the work plans with team members and ensuring the implementation of these work plans
• Development and review of the risk assessment and continual improvement
• Overseeing the teams in the Ibri plants and region as required
• Responsible for his personal safety and that of site employees
• Ensuring that the company’s operations are executed at all times in such a manner as to ensure the health, safety, and welfare of all employees and others who may be affected by its operations
• Maintain a strong QHSE spirit and policy and ensure that all employees know their
• individual QHSE responsibilities and objectives.
• Any other activity assigned by management.

Salary:
OMR 500 to 550 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferably supplemented with coursework from an accredited college/university or trade school in chemistry, biology, electronics, public administration, or a related field. Additional coursework in supervisory practices is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sewage treatment plants.
