The Agile Master guides, facilitates, and teaches Agile practices to everyone involvedin the project; clears impediments for the team; and, ensure that Agile processes are being followed. Successful candidates will be awarded the Agile Master Certification (SAMC) certification by SCRUM study after passing the certification exam. If its for knowledge, then you can just do the background training otherwise if its to prove yourself to an employer. Many companies do not require certification and instead place a higher value on actual experience of Agile techniques. If you are a consultant or contractor, a certification will more often satisfy a check-list item in the job profile. If you are a full-time software engineer, lead or manager, then the experience is the key.

There are no pre requisites as such for moving directly to Black Belt Certification, but candidate with prior knowledge about Six Sigma Methodologies will be an added advantage to take up the Certification.

If Candidate wants to pick Black Belt Certification without any prior possess basic knowledge on Six Sigma methodologies. We will support them by giving Yellow Belt E-Learning and Green Belt E-Learning Access with online test as a part of Black Belt and we do not charge anything extra for them.
