About this Course:
In this brief in-depth module on European planning, we teach how to build the budget of a community project proposal. The terminology typical of European planning is used, it is assumed that learners know the meaning of terms such as Work Package and eligible costs.
The course consists of 5 lessons consisting of slides commented in voice, and the slides used are provided. The first part describes the eligible costs starting with the detailed description of personnel costs, then moving on to the other cost categories and to the illustration of the various models for calculating total costs. In the last part the simulation of the budget construction of a proposal is performed showing a practical example on Excel.
Basic knowledge:
The course requires knowledge of the basic elements of a community proposal, in particular the concept of partnership work package and project costs
