Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and Office administration with a multi national company.
• Experience in Payroll management.
• Hands-on experience in EOBI, procedures, and process.
• Strong understanding of Labor Law.
• Experience in handling Business Visas for delegates from overseas.
• Coordinate, make, process, and confirm staff travels arrangements; arrange for transportation and accommodations for travel, check and processes expense claims.
• Experience in HRIS preferred.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date office files, records, and logs for assigned areas; develop, prepare,and monitor various logs, accounts, and files for current and accurate information including manual and computer logs of documents processed.

Requirements

• Fluent English Verbal and Written communication.
• Resident of Lahore.
• Graduate in Business Administration/HRM.
• Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team/unit.
• Experience in managing a team.
