As a Digital Marketing Executive, you should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead our digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

- Develop and manage digital marketing creative and content /videos with the help of designers to the digital team in dubai basecamp
- Manage and maintain the Careem Pakistan's website content for user and supply
- Align and communicate proactively with GMs and Marketing manager regarding the creative/content performance
- Coordinate & work alongside marketing manager for campaigns being executed on CRM channels (push, inapp, email). Manage marketing calendar & optimize on channel/ comms usage
- Manage and create awesome campaign briefs for CRM channels
- Coordinate with Design team to build brilliant creative banners for campaigns being executed on CRM channels (email, inapp)
- Work alongside basecamp CRM team to preview and approve campaigns/content in Arabic
- Coordinate with basecamp CRM team to go live, pause campaigns. Generate maximum impact
- Work alongside basecamp CRM team to understand user lifecycle, automated campaigns
- Optimize automated campaigns for content, max impact, new use cases
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Requirements

Additional qualifications include:
- 3 years of prior experience working in either agency or internal role
- Ability to get hands-on in a complex operational environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines
- Educated to BS/MS level (or equivalent) within a subject relevant to the position such as Marketing, Digital Marketing, etc
- Previous experience working as a digital marketing professional
- Have experience leading and mentoring a team
- Good technical proficiency, literacy skills, and a competent computer user
- Experience working within the technology industry/start-up environment is highly desirable
