The Executive Assistant functions as the key administrative support person in the management, coordination, and implementation of the operations of the Office of the CEO. Provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship and serves as the point of contact for internal and external communications for the CEO. Serves as a liaison to senior management teams; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts.

Key responsibilities include:
- Support the CEO by managing all day-to-day matters including but not limited to preparing and coordinating communications, calendar management, meeting logistics for internal and external appointments and facilitating changes to daily events as necessary.
- Effectively represent the office of the CEO
- Gatekeeper - act as liaison on behalf of the CEO
- Organize and maintain calendar / schedule large and/or complex meetings with key customers, vendors and/or company executives
- Plans, coordinates and ensures the schedule is followed and respected
- Organize and manage international and domestic travel arrangements, coordinate itinerary details and expense reports; proactively mitigate unforeseen changes
- Prepare and produce complex reports, spreadsheets and/or PowerPoint presentations as required
- Produce letters, memoranda, presentations, reports, and analysis
- Communicates directly, and on behalf of the CEO with others, on matters related to projects, policies, processes and initiatives
- Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response
- Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
- Assists in scheduling meetings, coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings and off-sites, as well as staff meetings
- Grow into a larger resource for the CEO with the ability to communicate across teams about priorities and strategic objectives

Required Education and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- High school diploma.
