Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Key Purpose:

Design and implement the organization's reward strategy so that its compensation and benefits outcomes meet current and future business needs and are consistent with the organization's desired internal and external market position.

Primary Accountabilities/Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of a broad, coordinated set of projects to meet the revenue, volume, growth, productivity and quality goals and priorities of the business/category.
- Using Global I2M principles ensure the PCM team delivers project management excellence to meet AMEA chocolate objectives.
- Own and drive the definition of project scope, goals, tasks and resource (people and cost) requirements; resolve or lead the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional groups; develop methods to monitor project progress and provide corrective action if necessary. Own the escalation to Regional PCM Manager.
- Create project timelines, assign tasks and activities to stakeholders.
- Follow up on stake holders to ensure timely completion of their tasks to delivery overall project timelines
- Ensure that project scope and timing take into consideration minimizing waste (raw, pack and finished goods write-offs) and reducing complexity (utilizing existing asset platforms, managing SKU proliferation) to the business; champion these activities within the business and project teams.
- Ensure that suitable risk assessment and contingency planning (for relevant projects) takes place, is communicated and agreed upon by all stakeholders and is acted on if necessary to keep the project on track or to accelerate the project if the business need exists.
- Lead the RSA PAM review process to ensure all projects are properly documented and have been reviewed and agreed upon by all appropriate stakeholders.
- Continuously improve the PCM ways of working, project management toolkits and methodologies (Idea to Market, Project Management Principles) used within Mondelez; enable best practice sharing by ensuring all projects are properly closed out and key learnings are documented.

Requirements

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

- 3 years' experience in a consumer products environment, typically in a Supply Chain / Production / Procurement / R&D / Project Management role.
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Accounting/Finance, Business, Marketing, Logistics, Engineering, Quality, Food Science or Operations).
- Strong Rewards background.
- Multi Country and function HR experience.
- Ability to manage multiple and diverse stakeholders
