Job description / Role
Roles Summary:
- Provide administration and support for all corporate enterprise applications, includes but not limited to Microsoft SharePoint, Oracle business suites, Risk Management System, and other tools.
- Ability to build enterprise solution based on corporate needs, and provide technical solution with the required requirements gathering, design, development and testing.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining enterprise application using ASP.net /Java.
- Providing technical support for enterprise applications including problem isolation and resolution in a timely manner.
- Experience in advanced programming, data-structures and algorithms OOP, Design patterns, software design architecture
- Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps
- Participation in providing training to end users as required.
- Providing configuration and administration support on all enterprise applications.
- Managing application security and user account administration and permissions.
- Monitoring applications performance and ensure that users are following proper system protocols by performing regular system audits.
- Performing applications quality assurance testing
- Producing documentation for the configuration, operation and support.
- Monitoring software licenses to ensure compliance. All software licenses are current and meet compliance standards.
Requirements
Work Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering.
- 2-4 years of application support experience highly preferred.
Personal Traits & Special Skills:
- Experience working with web based technologies such as HTML, CSS (SCSS), JQuery and Bootstrap.
- Strong experience in ASP.net
- Strong familiarity with SQL, PLSQL and Oracle Development tools.
- Strong knowledge with SQL Server Databases Management Systems.
- Good knowledge with Oracle ERP.
- Good knowledge with Unix/Linux platform.
- Good understanding of Windows operating systems and active directory.
- Excellent customer focus.
- Ability to analyze and prioritize.
- Proactive approach.
- Problem solving skills.
- Arabic and English (Oral & Written).
