Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assuring that the company is not in breach of any License obligations.
- Assuring that the company is benefiting from its rights in the License.
- Managing the company License roles and responsibilities within the Company different departments and with the regulator.
- Working with the Regulator on the Company specific interests and needs.
- Guaranteeing that the general regulatory policy accommodates the Company interests.
- Playing active role in developing the mobile telecom regulatory environment.
- Reviewing the incumbent regulatory policies and give advice.
- Reviewing the incumbent activities and guarantee it is consistent with competition rules.
- Following up any anti competitive complaints with the regulator.
- Suggesting strategic modifications regarding policy areas that principally affect mobile telecommunications.
- Providing support and analysis of key legislative developments affecting mobile services
- Reviewing any new regulations or updates on current regulations and give comments or suggestions.
- Preparing KPIs reports and briefs for management and the regulator monthly and quarterly.
- Managing communications with the regulator and any other governmental institutions upon need.
- Participating in virtual teams and projects' committees in the company upon need.

Requirements

Experience & Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in developing regulatory policy.
- Bachelor degree in Business domain or any related field.
- Experiences in Mobile telecommunication regulatory issues such as interconnect, frequency, pricing and licenses.
- Experience in managing projects and achieving results through teams of professional individual contributors, consultants, and associated support staff.
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to quickly changing goals and directions.
- Demonstrated ability to work within and operate in a corporate environment.
- Excellent communication & convincing skills.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent organizational and follow up skills.
- Flexible, Adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).
- Excellent computer knowledge, especially in MS Office suits.

- Analytical and evaluation skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills,
- Including report writing and presentation skills for presenting findings and recommendations for improvement.
- Fluent verbal and written communication in English.
- Team orientation.
