Job description / Role
• You will be responsible for leading the offshore Bid Management team based in Manila.
• Overseeing complex pitch processes, you will be responsible for managing and leading the pitch team, project managing global pitches, and ultimately, winning business.
• Reporting to the Head of Client Development, you will be tasked and building and growing this team.
Requirements
• You are an experienced Pitch/Bids professional from the Engineering Consultancy sector, with hands on experience managing Pitches in a multidisciplinary environment.
• You will have experience from an international environment, ideally with experience in building/managing teams in the past.
