Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Key tasks
- Assist in supervising the function of assigned kitchen area, facilities, food and labor cost.
- Ensure mise en place and production of pastries, desserts - oven-baked, puddings, chocolate and bread.
- Assist in ensuring compliance of the Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) and Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points (HACCP).
- Assist in the performance of duties and responsibilities in the absence of immediate superior.

- 1 to 2 years

Languages essential
- English

Essential and optional requirements
- Preferably Culinary graduate
- With at least Two (2) years experience / relevant capacity.
- Knowledgeable of HACCP, FSMS, pastry and banquet operation.
- Effective communication, guest relations and leadership skills.
- Amenable to work in a shifting schedule.
