HEALTH & SAFETY MANAGER

Are you a Safety Manager interested in a new & complex $200 Million Technology Project in Asia. With numbers to peak at 2,600 we want a strong Safety Manager with a Track Record for Int Tier 1's.

Safety Manager that has worked on Major Data Center MW New Build Projects? Ready for a new challenge and able to start employment before the 1st of April 2023?

This is an exciting role in a remote part of Asia. The project has 2 Years Construction with at least a further 3 projects to price and secure. This client is seen as a global Leader on Major Construction Projects. This business has operated globally for the past 70 Years.

This employer has a great reputation for complex projects and staff retention. They employ over 4,500 staff across the world at present.
As the Lead Safety Manager you will work closely with Project Director & Senior Construction Manager to ensure we have a safe and happy site.

- You will proactively push & drive initiatives
- Drive high standards to hit client & employer expectations
- Maintain systems & records to meet ISO45001
- Produce & review method & risk assessments
- Manage & coordinate weekly, monthly & quarterly reports

Our client is seeking a Safety Manager / Health & Safety Manager that has worked for a Tier 1 Main Contractor on large scale Construction Projects.

Have you managed safety teams of 15 + Safety Engineers with 2-2,500 Trades on site?

Salary:
USD 7,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

The following is desired by our client:
- Degree & Professional Safety Quals
- Western Educated & Trained
- IOSH / NEBOSH
- 10 Years Minimum as a Lead Safety Manager
- Mega Project Experience of $200 Million +
- Ideally experience with Tech & Pharma Projects
- Strong communication & stakeholder skills

The following will be provided to the right candidate:
- Tax Free Basic Salary of $7-10,000 USD Per Month
- Fully Expensed Apartment

- Flights to home country

The project is running an 11 day fortnight so you will work a 5 Day week (2 day weekend) followed by a 6 Day week (1 day weekend). This is not a posting for those bringing kids of Education Age. Single status placements are desired by this employer due to the location and hrs needed onsite.
