Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a skilled Interviewer to join our team in the Philippines. The Interviewer will be responsible for conducting interviews with potential candidates in order to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles within the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the recruitment process, and the ability to effectively evaluate candidates' capabilities and potential.

- Conducting in-person, phone, and video interviews with candidates
- Evaluating candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience
- Assessing candidates' fit for specific roles within the organization
- Providing feedback and recommendations to the hiring team based on interview assessments
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of candidate interviews and assessments
- Collaborating with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth and efficient interview process


- Proven experience as an Interviewer or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of the recruitment and selection process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively assess candidates' qualifications and potential
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with interview techniques and best practices
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical or civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
