Job description / Role
The Project Architect will be a key member of the team and responsible for project management and delivery. This role is positioned for growth and advancement and is a unique opportunity for someone to come in and make their mark, with a network of global resources to support success.
• Assist Senior Architects with project demands
• Important collaboration role with design team
• Ability to work with teams and project managers
• Ability to mentor junior designers
• Technical capacity to coordinate complex issues
• Effective problem-solving and organizational skills
• Knowledge of construction and detailing is a must
Requirements
• Bachelor in Architecture or above
• At least 15-20 years' working experience
• Must have international experience and should have completed large scale hospitality projects
• Willing to work in Manila
