Employment: Full Time

Key tasks
- Ensure smooth and continuous operations in the business center and handling customer concerns properly.
- Actively promote Vietura, treatments, services, and retails and should know all the promotions of Vietura.
- Conducts inventory and order of supplies.
- Ensures manpower efficiency and effectiveness by creating staff schedules and arranging trainings.

Essential and optional requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years administrative experience in Spa/Wellness and Beauty Industry or in the same capacity.
- Graduate of a degree in Business Management, Tourism or any related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation and guest relations skills.
- Costumer-focused with pleasing personality and positive attitude.
