Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

As Director you will take full responsibility for the Profit & Loss of the Construction arm of the Group for all Business activities within Poland . Your remit will be to ensure that the highest international standards and projects are delivered to complete customer satisfaction.

He or she will have a track record of running a business unit or construction company in Poland.

You will have a full insight into the market, clients, supply chain and key insights for the country. You will pull together highly efficient and motivated teams to deliver Complex Design & Build Projects ranging from €75-350 Million in Value.

Do you have a track record of the following :

- Managed a Construction Group / Business in Poland in a Chief Operations Officer, General Manager & Director capacity.
- Track record of success within the country
- Able to lead and manage the group
- Track and open new business opportunities with local and international clients
- You have the client facing skills to win over people and influence during the pre-construction stage
- Able to keep a calm head even when those around you may not

Salary:
EUR 12,000 to 17,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

The right person will have the following background :

- Core strength within Construction , Project Management & Business
- A track record of employment within reputable employers
- Do you know how to make money & successfully run a business
- Strong knowledge of supply chain, clients and people
- Degree Educated
- 20+ Years Post Graduate Experience
- Open to travel across Europe ensure business success for the group.
- FULLY Fluent in Polish & English – No exceptions
- Good communication skills and know how to motivate and lead from the front
