Our newest opportunity is for a talented Gestão e Administração de Instalações to join our FM+A team based in eithwe Lisbon or Porto , Portugal office. This position is responsible for working under general direction, provides facilities management and administrative support to an office to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include;

- Oversees activities related to hard FM services (HVAC/MEP/Fire Safety) escalating issues as appropriate.
- Build/maintain good working relationships with external parties.
- Responsible for the creation and compilation of financial forms, databases, and reports.
- Liaise with finance regarding departmental budgets, LPO's and invoicing.
- Supervision of tasks and output for FM&A staff.
- Involved in the procurement process for equipment, goods, and services as per corporate guidelines.
- Coordinates travel bookings and logistics in relation to business travel and mobilizations.
- Provides facilities infrastructure support for IT department.
- Appropriate communication with the wider FM&A team
- Coordinates Facilities projects within an office as requested.
- Organizes staff security and/or access cards.
- Acts as a liaison for the following groups: Contractors/service providers, Vendors/suppliers, Property owners'/Landlord's reps, Local authorities.
- Manages routine and emergency building maintenance and records.

Requirements

Qualifications

- To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include minimum 5 years work experience.
- Bilingual communication skills in both English and Portuguese are essential.
