Our newest opportunity is for a talented Senior Civil Engineer - Project Coordination to join our award-winning team based in Porto, Portugal.

This position is responsible in participating and coordinating the design development and delivery of large and multi-discipline land development infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include;

- Coordinating, monitoring, and verifying design progress and submittals at all design phases.
- Liaising, in coordination with the Project Manager, with the various project stakeholders, including internal teams, the client, consultants and contractors.
- Participating in establishing and implementing the Project Management Plan and procedures.
- Ensuring project standards and Quality Management procedures are implemented across each of the technical areas involved in the project, including project administration.
- Ensuring terms of the contract are followed and manage scope changes and their effect on delivery of project objectives.
- Organizing, attending, or chairing design meetings and workshops, which will include preparing meeting minutes and following up on identified actions.

Requirements

Qualifications

- To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include at-least 10 years experience in a consultancy environment partnered with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Membership of transportation professional institutions or professional accreditations such as IEng, CEng or PE will be viewed favourably.
