Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Administration Assistant on a 6 Months renewable contract basis.
• Covering general office duties and document control within Ras Laffan operations department to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
• Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Arabic (speaking, reading, writing).
• Use of Windows based software such as MS Office Suite.
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
• Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
• Should be willing to work in Ras Laffan.
