You will provide general secretarial support to the Manager Contract & Procurement Doha International Airport, resulting in smooth and effective day-to-day operations including the filling, correspondence,sensitive issues, staff time/attendance recording, distribution of stationary and general office duties.
You will perform typing and transcription duties as required, establish procedures that implement operational policies, interpret policies and procedures as established by superiors. Promote high standards of corporate values through correspondence, telephone, and personal contact.
To be considered for this role, you need to have:
* Minimum two years previous experience in a secretarial / administrative position preferably multinational or Airline or hospitality organization.
* College degree or its equivalent
* Certificate in Computer applications - MS Office
* Fluent in English language, both written and oral
* Arabic language will be an advantage
