Job Description

- Monitor incoming email, faxes:
- To assist employees of the security department in administrative and clerical matters
- To organize intra-departmental meetings and participate in meetings
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and other departments and assist in the preparation of contracts issued by the Security department
- Maintain all documents pertaining to the Department
- To control the tracking and keeping of all necessary documents related to the activity of the department's staff in a personal file
- Maintain and order office equipment and supplies as required
- To open PR, submit invoices and track payments as necessary
- To assist the department's recruitment process, preparation of work and attendance schedule, vacation planning
- Working in software, adding the monthly attendance schedule to the system
- Prepare the required reports on a monthly basis and submit directly to the manager
- To ensure that Department notice boards are updated accordingly

Requirements

Qualifications

- High school diploma,
- Be fully conversant with hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures
- Comply with hotel and department policies and procedures at all times
- Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows computer programs.
- Preferably female Arabic speaker.
