Prospect Health are working with a leading hospital looking for a highly qualified Chief Nursing Officer Advisor to join their team. The role is based in Qatar.

Role and Responsibilities

As the Chief Nurse Officer, you will serve as the esteemed Advisor for our esteemed Department. Your extensive experience as a director or Chief Nurse in previous roles will be crucial in guiding and elevating our nursing practices to new heights. You will play a pivotal role in shaping policies, implementing strategic initiatives, and fostering a culture of excellence in patient care.

Requirements

Educational Requirement:

- Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing (PhD)
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
- MA Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN

Experiences:

- Candidates must have a minimum of 9 years related experience.
- 3 years' experience in Management or advisor

Other Requirements:

The required years of clinical experience in all categories must be coming from the following:

- Government/Semi-government institutions/hospitals
- Hospitals that provide Post graduate training program (government-private)
