Job description / Role
Objectives:
- To handle the project from design to execution by liaising client's requirements.
Main responsibilities:
- Liaising with clients to gather their project requirements
- Creating and designing concepts and producing detailed proposals for all kind of projects (timelines, suppliers, venues, staffing and budgets).
- Providing detail drawings to suppliers and manufacturers to execute and build the chosen design as per the technical drawings.
- Reporting to: General Manager
- Other interactions: Production Team
- Number required: 2
- Duration: Permanent Position
- Desired start date: ASAP
- Probation Period: 3 months
- Working Hours: Sun-Thursday 9:00 am- 7:00 pm
- Travel requirements: Frequent travel to GCC
Requirements
- University Qualifications: Interior Architecture / Interior Designer
- Other certifications obtained: Preferably with Master Degree
- Nature and length of previous experience: 5 years + experience designing and executing interior projects - retail - hospitality
- Specialist knowledge: Material Specs / Estimation / BOQ / Project Coordination and Management / 3D Max and rendering / Vray / Autocad / Photoshop
- Soft Skills and Personality traits: Great interpersonal skills / Concept Sales / Value engineering / High Communication Skills / Work under tight deadlines
- Age Range: 25 - 35
- Language Fluency: English; Arabic
