Art Consultant - Qatar
Guildhall is working with a very influential and well known holding company to assist in identifying Art Consultant / Marketing Consultant to work for an Art Gallery in Doha, Qatar. Art gallery scope of work focuses on three main areas: exhibitions, art education and art consulting and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curate and Select Artwork for the Projects Using Photoshop for Renderings. Autocad Proficiency is a Plus.
- Provide Outstanding Customer Service through Client Relationships, Product Knowledge, Gallery Retailing, New Merchandise Arrivals And Sales Event Participation.
- Demonstrate an In-Depth Knowledge of The Artistic Merchandise, And Develop Market
Knowledge
- Assist with Planning and Achieving Sales Goals For The Gallery.
- Receive, Inspect, and Ticket Incoming Product and Conduct Consistent Physical Inventories
- Assist with Art Show Set-Up and Breakdowns, Including Installation, Transportation, Marketing, Developing Catalogues & Promotion Ads.
- Cataloguing Acquisitions & Keeping Records & Archives.
- Assist In Developing and Updating The Gallery Website.
Requirements
- University Graduate with a Degree in Art.
- Must Have at Least 3 Years’ experience in Art Consultancy in an Art Gallery.
- Ability to perform duties with a high degree of accuracy, independence and confidentiality.
- Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills in the English Language. Arabic is preferable.
