Asset Management Advisor

Job description / Role

A leading international engineering practice, offers service in architecture, interior design, master planning, landscape, urban design and building consultancy within Asia & Middle East currently require an Asset Management Advisor to join their organisation.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher-level qualification in Engineering in a relevant subject.
• Education qualification obtained from North America, West Europe, Australia
• Preferably holder of Accreditation from the Institute of Asset Management (1AM) or similar
• Holder of Chartered Membership in relevant discipline (e.g. Engineering) would be an advantage
• Holder of Accreditation from known Institute would be an advantage
• Holder of current/valid Driving License would be an advantage

Requirements

Experience:

• 30 years' experience of the water/wastewater industry, ideally within the public sector
• Knowledge and experience of international Asset Management best practice and how it is delivered in an organization preferred
• Knowledge and experience of change management/business transformation preferred
• Demonstrable experience in creating and embedding a new asset management function preferred
• Experience of working in a multidisciplinary organization preferably in the Middle East
• Ability to drive and support strategic change
• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders and staff at all levels within the Organization
• Knowledge and experience of Quality, Health and Safety, and Environment policies, procedures and regulations preferred
