What you will be doing:

- Preparing and implement digital marketing plan for online segments
- Assuring website content and pictures are always up to date, either hotel website or the third party website
- Collaborate with IT department to establish site analytics
- Manage the hotel data acquisition and E-mail marketing campaigns.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing activities and campaigns and manage online reputation on all online platforms.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Manages Hotel and brand website content monthly audit.
- Gather and analyze intelligence on markets' threats and opportunities.
- Research and formulates ways to optimize user experience
- Improve guest experience by listening/responding on time on social media and review sites.
- Entertain bloggers and digital partners in all outlets as necessary.
- Develop relationships with key digital marketing media players and the travel industry.
- Maintain prominent level of knowledge of the Pullman Doha West Bay product and the competitor's product.
- Preserve brand standards and price consistency across all online channels.


Your experience and skills include:

- Diploma in Marketing / Communications / related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity with proven track records
- Computer savvy in Microsoft Office applications required
- Up to date in Social Media platforms trends
- Strategic in new social media campaigns and initiatives
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible, organized & reliable
