Job description / Role
Assistant Housekeeping Manager Up To 5k++ Qar For A 5-Star Hotel In Qatar
• Responsible in managing housekeeping operations and budgets
• Handles guest problems and complaints and seeking assistance from supervisor as necessary
• Identifies and understands issues, problems, and opportunities
• Sets high standards of performance for self and/or others
• Responsible for training staff, improving sales, monitoring stock levels and ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements
• Open to Eastern European nationals
• Male/Female, 30 years old and below
• At least with high school diploma/GED/bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or any relevant certification
• At least 1 years of experience in housekeeping management
• Strong leadership skills and ability to lead a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Presentable and well-groomed
• Can join immediately (max 1 month)
• Work location: Doha, Qatar
• Salary up to 5,000 QAR plus accommodation and transportation depending on qualifications and years of experience
