Then, we have the job for you! As a Banquets Manager, you will strategically lead the banquets team to take our guest experience to the next level.

What you will be doing:

- Lead, mentor and train the Banquets team
- Support the Director, Event Operations in all departmental administrative duties, i.e. scheduling, payroll, etc.
- Ensure Events brand standards are maintained
- Supervise and inspect all aspects of executing events, including set-up, food service, clearing, and clean-up
- Create unforgettable experiences for our guests

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience is required
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
- Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
- Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
- Previous experience with a Union environment is an asset
