Bid Analyst (Facility Management)

Job description / Role

To be responsible for deal execution process including on-time delivery of high quality Bids & proposals aligned with customer outcomes and business profitability / risk profiles this include request for proposal reviews, bid planning, risk reviews, solution estimates & pricing, competition reviews, technical architecture, documentation, and analysis of terms & conditions. Identifies and monitors financial risks in contracts and bids.

Description
• Identifies and monitors financial risks in contracts and bids.
• Support the Commercial and Bids Manager to ensure the Bid input is checked and confirmed
• Ensure Bids are communicated to the respective personnel and get their timely inputs to ensure the deadlines are met especially with overlapping Bid timings
• Ensure all the Technical details proposed are highlighted to the Management before presentation. Deliver presentations in the absence of Technical team.

Job Offer
• QAR 15,000 - 17,000 Monthly + Career progression

Requirements

• Should have over 5 years of Bid Analyst or commercial Analyst within the facility management or maintenance industry.
• Engineering degree with good understanding of commercial financial is preferred.
