Job description / Role
Our client is seeking a Bilingual Procurement Manager to join their team in Qatar.
The Procurement Manager will be required to administer the operations of purchase, contracts and vendor management, ensuring the procurement life cycle processes are in compliance with the various regulatory bodies and in line with the company's internal policies and procedures.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
* Formulating policies and procedures.
* Administering and reviewing tenders.
* Coordinating with internal partners.
* Building relationships with external partners.
* Spearheading programs to continually reduce costs and improve profitability.
* Negotiating with vendors and analysing tender bids.
* Developing and implementing system solutions and developing standard administrative practices.

Requirements
* University degree in Procurement or a related field.
* 12 - 15 years of relevant Procurement experience within the Banking Industry
* Arabic language skills are mandatory.
* Candidates must be eligible to live and work in Qatar.
