Employment: Full Time

Purpose: Provide strategic leadership of BIM across KEO Project and Construction Management International division to ensure the successful implementation and development of BIM processes. Lead and manage BIM at operational level to ensure consistency of BIM use and processes for both Pre- Construction and Post-Construction stage of projects.

Duties:
- Develop and Implement the proposed Program-wide BIM system strategy and standards
- Monitor Consultants & Contractors compliance with BIM strategy and standards.
- Manage inventory of BIM software, licenses and systems.
- Perform the role of an Information Manager for all BIM outputs and deliverables
- Provide hands-on training to internal disciplines i.e. Revit, Naviswork and Solibri
- Carry out BIM validation reviews i.e. BIM’s, documentation files (schedules and drawing sheets) IFC, Solibri, design clash detection, visual checks, RDS (Dynamo) and COBie.
- Implement and monitor utilisation of BIMs in all cost activities by CQS
- Implement and monitor utilisation of BIMs in project control activities
- Implement and monitor utilisation of BIMs in H&S activities
- Assist procurement team in tender development and award i.e. BIM capability assessment, execution plan, level of development matrix, models, registers, dummy TQ’s, service agreements and appointments
- Monitor and confirm the utilisation of BIM during construction activities
- Monitor and confirm integration of Consultants/Contractors systems with BIM
- Carry out BIM/design reviews, across all design stages or specific design packages
- Manage the BIM/design process such that the highest quality of design deliverables is submitted for project team reviews.
- Ensure and validate that co-ordination with other design discipline review teams are carried out.
- Carry out BIM/design reviews with respect to relevant local and international design codes of practice.
- Carry out design reviews with respect to the client’s performance and/or detailed functional brief.
- Monitor the resubmissions of BIM design deliverables to ensure that all review actions have been responded and/or integrated.
- Chair BIM review meetings/workshops with Client including Consultants and Contractor
- Contribute specialist expertise that will enhance the outputs of the design Consultants and Contractor in line with the BIM objectives of the project.
- Proactively forecast and monitor progress for design actions that are on the critical path of design/construction.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Construction related discipline.
