UNIBiM is one of the fastest growing BIM services companies in the world. With offices throughout APAC and EMEA we are engaged in an exciting array of world class projects. To support our ongoing workload in the Middle East (Qatar) UNIBiM Services requires the services of an experienced BIM Manager to support the delivery of our ongoing workload.
Working on one of the largest Infrastructure projects in the world, your responsibilities will include;
• Managing the delivery and coordination of multiple design packages.
• Providing support and training to internal staff
• Representing our client at all BIM related meetings.
• Troubleshooting issues and technical support to staff
Requirements
• 5-7 years BIM Manager Experience (MEP) on a variety of significant infrastructure projects.
• Ability to coordinate the delivery of a large number of complicated work packages
• Large scale project experience, ideally with Metro experience or other similarly large infrastructure project such as airports.
• A hands on approach with the ability to lead and mentor a team
• Ability to work in a high pressure environment.
• Sound knowledge of BS1192 and a Common Data Environment.
• Good stakeholder management skills in a highly multicultural environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an adaptable approach to training individuals
