Business Development Associate - Qatar Based
Expanding HR Consulting Agency is in the market to recruit a Business Development Associate. The successful candidate must identify leads, pitch services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with current contacts.
Job Responsibilities
· Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement
· Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients
· Collaborate with marketing manager and consultants to ensure that requirements are met
· Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the area you have been assigned
· Possess a strong understanding of recruitment services, our competition in the industry, and positioning
· Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors
Requirements
The Ideal candidate requires
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree / Diploma or any related course
· Proven track record in business development in Qatar or wider Gulf region in a variety of industry sectors
· Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting, with strong ability to seek new clients
· Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
· Technical skills required to understand and propose recruitment contracts or solutions by focusing on client requirements
· Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to clients, in a clear and concise manner
· Fluent in English a must, good command of Arabic, a bonus
· Must be willing to travel, if required
· Candidates must be based in Qatar and must have their residence visa. This role is a remote-based assignment.
