Job description / Role
Purpose:
• Define, develop and implement business planning processes to achieve the company Visions.
• Identify business problems and provide recommendations for improvements, road-maps and assessment of potential business impacts.

Description:
• Define, develop and implement business planning processes.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to improve business planning methods.
• Develop and implement best practices and learning plans to meet business objectives.
• Identify business problems and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Understand business direction and needs and develop solutions, road-maps and assessment of potential business impacts.
• Run the Annual Business Cycle to annually review the Company Vision and Strategic Objectives and develop the five year strategy to achieve the objectives.
• Validate key assumptions to be used for business plans such as oil price, plant availability and long-term production plans.

Requirements
Engineering Degree in Chemical and Petrochemical with 15 years in the Oil and Gas industry and min 5-6 years at the managerial level.
Applicant should have worked in Developed/ Western market with giant corporation/ MNC experience is Essential.
Consultants business planing and processes implementation in the GCC Oil & Gas market will be an advantage.
