Car Rental Operation Assistant

Job description / Role

Main responsibilities:
• Act as backup assistant to fleet coordinator in performing business operations duties.
• Provide support to fleet coordinator as and when required.
• Update internal operation procedures documents such as replacement, new delivery, job order and all needed documents.
• Coordinate with fleet coordinator to schedule meeting with customers and follow-ups.
• Support the fleet coordinator in managing and resolving operational issues.
• Work in good manner to provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with commercial and individuals customer for maintenance services.
• Store, file and retrieve corporate documents and reports as and when needed.
• Order, store and organize all replacement documents.
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls from customers.
• Manage all office orders on regular basis.

Reporting to:
• Car Rental Operation Manager

Duration:
• 2-5 years contract

Probation:
• 3 months

Working Hours:
• 48 hours per week

Requirements

University Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree

Nature and length of previous experience:
• Should have at least 3 to 5 Years’ experience in similar capacity or in Rent a Car business.

Specialist knowledge:
• Experience in a business work environment preferred
• Knowledge of the industry and market trends
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong business acumen
• Attention to detail

Soft Skills and Personality traits:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional analytical skills to sift through high volumes of data and information
• Ability to work sitting down in front of a computer for long hours every day
• Age Range: 25-35
• Gender Preference: Male
• Nationality Preference: Any
• Language Fluency: English, Arabic is an advantage
