Cargo Security Supervisor - Qatar Aviation Services - Doha

Exciting Opportunity within the QAS Cargo Security Team!

In this role you will be reporting to the Cargo Security Officer/ Manager Security Cargo, you will monitor and supervise the implementation of department's security policy and needs to ensure that the department is compliant with security legislation and to reduce or prevent theft and pilferage. You will not only ensure security of the worker/staff but also of the workplace and general public.

The applicant should be able to control, guide, coach, organise and supervise the staff under their jurisdiction and ensure that QAS Cargo provides total customer satisfaction with service quality excellence consistently.

Requirements

You must have a Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline and/or equivalent experience with at least 02 years of job related experience. You should also should have Aviation security work experience and should have the ability to handle theft,pilferage or security breach. You should be a computer and systems literate with a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Knowledge in Cargo handling procedures and regulations is a must and should be able to work with minimum supervision , shift patterns and long hours as required by the Operation.

Only candidates with excellent communication skills, good understanding of Cargo handling procedures and Regulations and has the ability to deliver tasks within tight deadlines need apply.
