Job description / Role

We are looking for a top Lawyer who has handled IPO dealings in international markets. My client will relocate a professional from a European/Western market. Emphasis on NYSE / LSE experience. And experience managing a team of legal professionals with the day to day commercial/legal matters

Client Details

* A major investment conglomerate with investments in Europe, US, GCC etc.

Description

* Manage the organizations legal activities and legal team
* Work directly with the CEO and aid top management in decision making
* Support ongoing IPO processes and manage internal and external stakeholders in this regard

Requirements

Candidates who apply will meet all the following criteria:

* LLB/Juris Doctor and qualified Solicitor/Bar membership
* 15 years experience and current role as GC/CLO
* IPO experience in international jurisdictions (preferably NYSE/LSE)
