Requirements
The Opportunity:
• Working as part of a team of engineering and construction claim specialists and experts in the preparation and writing of contractual claim documents.
• Providing advice, assistance and advocacy.
• International ADR processes and methods of determination and settlement of technical claims.
• Interfacing with specialists and experts in technical / engineering matters, contract entitlement, cost and time / delay analysis.
• Preparing high quality persuasive claim documents, constructively challenge and question arguments and data and produce iterations and revisions of documents from first draft through to final claim submissions.
