Job description / Role
Due to unforseenable circumstances our Main Contractor client need a Commercial Manager immediately.
You will be responsible for Commercial matters on a 500,000 sqm Mixed Use development.
The project includes hotel, commercial and residential buildings.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years postgraduate experience to be considered
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- Must come from a Main Contractor background
- Track record of working on complex buildings projects, malls, hotels, high-rise, residential etc
- Must be Immediately Available
