Commercial Manager - Post Contract/Claims - MRICS

Job description / Role

Opportunity to join a developer in Qatar working on the development, construction and management of /commercial/industrial zones and infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the consultant employed to do the contract and commercial management. This will also include, reviewing of claims, overseeing all contractual matters, as well as assisting with the writing of commercial and contractual terms and documents.

Requirements

• A degree in Quantity Surveying
• MRICS
• A proven track record of working for consultants or developers overseeing claims and post-contract activities
• Able to write and defend claims
