Job description / Role
• Assisting in establishing a client's requirement and undertaking feasibility studies;
• Performing risk, value management and cost control;
• Preparing and formally issuing orders inclusive of all pertinent information required.
• Assisting with identifying any scope gaps;
• Identifying, analysing and developing responses to commercial risks;
• Preparing and analysing costings for inclusion within change registers;
• Analysing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports;
• Valuing completed work and arranging Sub - Contractor payments;
• Understanding the implications of health and safety regulations.
• Assisting the commercial team with all forms of internal and external reporting
• Assisting with F/A agreement concerning the Main Contract and also Sub – Contracts.
Requirements
• Must have a strong background in Stadiums
• You must have a degree in Quantity Surveying or engineering related field
• Preferably MRICS/MCIOB/other further educational qualification
• Must have a minimum of 15 years’ post graduate experience and relevant indoor sports facilities or stadium project. At least 15 years in a similar position, GCC experience preferred.
• Must understand FIDIC contracts.
