Job description / Role
Leading Project Management consultant is looking for high calibre Commercial Managers, Contracts Manager and Senior Quantity Surveyors for major rail projects. Candidates will have a track record in providing contract and commercial expertise on major infrastructure projects (Multi Billion Dollar Projects).
Experienced Commercial, Contracts Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor who has managed the cost on either one major project or a portfolio of projects.
The ideal candidate will be client facing but also comfortable managing contractors closely. Major infrastructure project experience to include some rail experience is essential to be shortlisted for the role. Previous experience in the Middle East is a preference.
Requirements
- Worked for a recognised international blue consultancy.
- Experience of major infrastructure projects - to include some major rail/metro projects
- A stable employment history.
- Degree qualified in a relevant discipline such as quantity surveying with over 15 years post graduate experience.
- Expert knowledge of all commercial contracts.
- Strong Post Contract cost management experience ideally across multiple live projects
- Professionally qualified by ideally by RICS (MRICS)
