Job Description

Communications Control Coordinator

This position facilitates the day-to-day operation of the Attractions department by being a central point of information being exchanged. Ensures to provide information to the Manager/Supervisor, and to communicate any requests to the respective Departments by phone, two-way radio, or mobile.

- The Communications Control Coordinator (CCC) is responsible for the communication flow throughout the park's daily operation
- To ensure that all received information is passed promptly to the appropriate departments or team members
- Ensure all recording and reporting of all issues and irregularities are logged correctly, communicated, and actioned where required
- To follow up on outstanding issues and report progress back to the Manager / Supervisor for further action if necessary
- Know each radio call sign and use it in the correct manner
- Openly communicates appropriate and useful information to others
- Communicates key information relevant to appropriate people
- Keeps others updated about developments or changes to situations

Requirements

Qualifications

- High school/Bachelor's degree with relevant experience
- Good writing and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Familiar with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and capable of creating visually compelling presentations
- Minimum of 1-2 years of similar experience
- Experience of working in the Leisure industry would be an advantage
