Communications Specialist - Multinational Financial / Professional Services

Charterhouse is working with a leading multinational financial services organisation which has an exciting opportunity for an Internal Communications Specialist to join their team in Doha, Qatar. Our client is looking for a passionate and creative communications professional who is able to translate business strategies and initiatives in to engaging content for all internal colleagues.
This is an amazing opportunity which will be responsible for creating and implementing all internal communications content and driving awareness of the organisations core values and objectives. As the communications specialist you will translates business strategies into key messages, develop appropriate internal communications initiatives which support those strategies, and in turn create excitement, collaboration and helps shape company culture.
In addition you will develop all of the communications material, using a variety of tools to ensure the material is of the highest quality and aligned with the brand identity and best practices. You will work closely with senior leadership to determine the most appropriate channels to communicate key messages such as video conferences, town hall updates, and newsletters, taking in to consideration which will have the most meaningful impact and drive engagement. This role requires an individual who possesses outstanding communication and written skills, ability to interpret complex information and translate in to clear key messages.
The successful candidate will have outstanding written and spoken English, strong analytical skills and attention to detail with at least 2 years professional experience in a similar role. To be considered for this role a Degree in Marketing/communications or similar field is required, preference will be given to English/Arabic Bilingual candidates due to the nature of the role and translation of copy required.
