We are hiring for a Contract Administrator for a large residential project and associated works.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Assists with the performance of the contract administration aspects of a set of projects as part of the programme management consultants role on a major programme of infrastructure development works.
- Supports the process of drafting and finalizing the pre-qualification, tender and contract documentation for consultant agreements and contractor contracts along with the administration during the procurement process.
- Supports the process of evaluating tender submissions and preparing award recommendation reports.
- Responsible for procurement delivery tracking.
- Coordinating and interfaces with all stakeholder, internally and externally to meet overall procurement program deliverables.

Requirements

- A degree in Quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering
- At least 15 years experience, preferably in the Middle east
- Experience working in a large Cost Consultancy
- Native English speaking essential
