Contract Manager

Job description / Role

- To deal with contracts management activities in line with overall strategic plans with maximized cost & time advantage and reduced risks.
- Liaises with Directors, Managers and Experts to review, assess and evaluate the Service Provider’s performance in accordance with the processes, contractual terms and conditions and commensurate with contractual entitlement.
- Undertakes the evaluation of tender documents, preparation of bids, progress reports and negotiation of contracts.
- Monitors, manages and reports all commercial aspects of allocated projects, flagging issues and proposing mitigation actions at the earliest opportunity.

Requirements

- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related Engineering field.
- 20 years post graduate experience with 10 years in a similar capacity preferably in the region.
- Must have experience in claims and disputes.
