Corporate Partner - Doha
Senior Level - 8 PQE, Doha Based,

Search Consultancy are presently working with an established International Law Firm based in the UAE who are seeking a Senior level lawyer for their growing Corporate Team in Doha. This is a senior level post where candidates will need to have proven experience managing a team and commitment to the region.
Suitable Partners will have exposure to GCC markets and be particularly familiar with local corporate law. This will includes, but not limited to mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and IPO's. You will be joining an established team in the GCC and must be capable of managing and assisting more junior members of the Corporate and commercial department in the GCC.
The role will be reporting directly to the Managing Partner for the Middle East and you must be comfortable working alongside a wider team in the MENA region.
Requirements
As this is a senior post & transferable business would be an asset to an application. Even though individuals would not be expected to divulge such information in the first instance you would be expected to discuss potential earning and fees within the first 12, 18 and 24 months.
Benefits include tickets, bonus, medial, potential equity, insurance and relocation. The salary is entirely dependent on you current circumstances, potential book of business exposure to the region and network. However it will be in line with a US international firm.
